LUPRON DEPOT-PED ® (leuprolide acetate for depot suspension) 7.5 mg, 11.25 mg, and 15 mg for 1-month, 11.25 mg and 30 mg for 3-month, and 45 mg for 6-month administration are prescribed for the treatment of children with central precocious puberty (CPP).

What are the pharmacodynamic effects of Lupron Depot?
